IngredientsDough:- 350g of flour - 1 tablespoon baking powder - 200g of butter - 1 egg + 1 egg yolk - 50g of sugar Filling- Nutella - powdered sugar

Put 400g of flour in a bowl, add baking powder, add 170g cold butter sliced and mix until the butter and flour are incorporated. |
Add 100g of sugar and 1 egg + 1 yolk and mix with your hands. |
Make a ball with the dough. Put the ball in the refrigerator for at least 30 min. |
Preheat the oven at 180°C (350F). Make the dough flat on a working surface with a rolling pin. Cut some biscuit shapes. |
Be sure to have the same amount of biscuits without the hole and with the hole. Place them on an oven tray with some baking pan. Bake for 10-15 min until golden. |
Let them cool at room temperature for at least 30 min. Warm up a bit your nutella (in the microwave or by placing the nutella jar in a bowl with hot water) and spread it over the biscuit without the hole. Cover it with the biscuit with the hole. |
Press gently so the nutella will come out a bit from the hole. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve cold. |
