Add the white mixture in the chocolate and almonds bowl. Mix gently.

Place some baking paper in a oven tray and with WET hands make small balls with the mixture, about 2cm wide. (so it won't stick to your hands)

Cook in the oven at 130C (265F) for 30 minutes.

Let them cool at room temperature. Store in a tupperware for later. Eat cold.
