No sugar, no egg, no oil, no butter! If you don't want to use cow milk, you can cook it with soy milk.
You can keep them in freezer for up to a month wrapped in plastic paper or in a zipbag.
Ingredients- 1 Banana - 5 tablespoons Oatmeal - 5 tablespoons Milk |
Put oatmeal and milk in a bowl and mix. |
Heat the bowl in the microwave for 1min |
Put banana in a mixing bowl and mash it with a fork. |
Add the banana in the oatmeal bowl and mix. Warm up a non-stick pan (no oil needed) and add the mixture with a spoon forming small flat balls. |
Cook as you cook pancakes flipping them to cook both sides. Size of one piece as one bite of your baby.
Eat warm. |
