Ingredients- 1 sheet of puff pastry (25x25cm) - 8 speck slices (or prosciutto) - 50g of mancego cheese (you can use the cheese you like, it needs to be fresh but it doesn't have to melt in the oven) - sesami seeds - 1 egg

Prepare the ingredients. Slice the cheese long and thin. Set the puff pastry on a flat working surface. |
Place one layer of speck in half of the puff pastry. Place the cheese like in the picture over the speck. Fold the puff pastry to cover the cheese and speck. |
Cut the puff pstry in long and thin stripes. Twist them and place them in a oven traywith some parchment paper. Beat the egg with a fork. |
Brush the twists with the egg mix. Sprinkle the sesami seeds on top. Cook in the oven at 180°C (350F) for 15-20 min until golden. |
Serve warm. |
