Ingredients- 1 frozen puff pastry sheet (about 30x30cm) - 15-20 asparagus - 15-20 speck or prosciutto slices - some gratered parmesan - 1 egg

Wash and cut the hard part of the asparagus. Steam cook the asparagus for 10 min. They need to become just a bit soft. |
Once the asparagus are ready cut in stripes the puff pasty. Preheat the oven at 180°C (350F). |
Wrap each asparagus with a slice of speck/prosciutto and a stripe of puff pastry as showed in the picture. Place them on an oven tray. |
Beat one egg. Brush the puff pastry with the egg and sprinkle some parmesan on top of them. |
Cook in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until theu become lightly gold. Serve warm. |
