Ingredients

- 1 frozen puff pastry sheet (about 30x30cm)

- 15-20 asparagus

- 15-20 speck or prosciutto slices

- some gratered parmesan

- 1 egg

Wash and cut the hard part of the asparagus. Steam cook the asparagus for 10 min. They need to become just a bit soft.

Once the asparagus are ready cut in stripes the puff pasty. Preheat the oven at 180°C (350F).

Wrap each asparagus with a slice of speck/prosciutto and a stripe of puff pastry as showed in the picture. Place them on an oven tray.

Beat one egg. Brush the puff pastry with the egg and sprinkle some parmesan on top of them.

Cook in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until theu become lightly gold. Serve warm.
